The
bill (Reg. No.7337)
corrects legal deficiencies
in the text
of the Code
of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine concerning enactment of the original judgment in administrative
legal proceedings.
The bill amends clause 254 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, substituting the following phrase in part one of clause 254 "submitting of application on appeal" for "submitting of notice of appeal." Pursuant to the suggested revision, the judgment comes into effect after the end of the period for the notice of appeal submission instead of the end of the period for application on appeal submission, which corresponds to clause 186-190 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine.
The bill also excludes part two of clause 254 as such that lost its validity.
